Any Project that includes the following requires a Zoning Permit
- Construction of a new structure
- Shed, Garage, House, Generator, Pool, Deck, Porch, etc.
- Expansion of an existing structure
- Addition to an existing structure of a:
- Additional Dwelling Unit; (e, g. mother-in-law apartment)
- Bedroom; or
- Kitchen
- Interior renovations exceed $25,000 and/or adds living space
- Use of property as a Short-Term Rental
- Work that requires and/or has obtained Site Plan Approval from the Planning Board or Special Exception/Variance from ZBA
