Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold the following hearing:

7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, concerning an application from Shannah Stone for a Site Plan Review. Applicant is seeking approval to operate a short-term rental guest facility business within the rural residential zone. Property is located at 2513 Route 4-A in the Rural Residential Zone.  Tax Map # 42, 33-290.

Plans are available to be viewed at the Springfield Town Office Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm.
