Zoning Ordinance Amendments

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Springfield Planning Board on December 18, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Protectworth Room at the Springfield Town Office, 2750 Main Street, for proposed amendments and changes to the following Springfield Zoning Ordinances:

1. Section 7.20 accessory dwelling units: modifications to comply with RSA 674:71-73 including allowing a detached accessory dwelling unit. 
2. Section 7.20 short term rental: proposed new section zoning ordinance regulating short term rentals.
